Bought this two months ago. It has always been used externally, cleaned very well after each use, and kept safely hidden without batteries between uses. CalExotics offers warranties on other products, but this box mentioned nothing of a warranty, so I didn't bother going to the website to register my purchase. Just last weekend, well after the 30-day registration period, the vibe died. Changing the battery was no use. Letting the machinery rest for several minutes made no difference either. Now I'm out $40.00 on an item which is possibly defective and will have to purchase another for my original intended purpose.
GREAT product but i hate the battery catch

My gf and I purchased this product with the intention of using it as described: to pleassure her g-spot. However, she thought it was just "eh." She later turned the vibe on me and massaged my prostate with it and all I can say is WOW! I had one intense orgasm! The vibe, with a little help from KY, was the perfect length to reach my spot, and although it only has one, pretty high, speed, (you just click it on and off) it felt amazing. The Mode G Spot Caress is hard plastic throughout, except for the tip which has a rubbery feel. The plastic didn't bother me at all though. I absolutely love this vibe, I even use it alone sometimes, but l have two issues with it. 1) the on/off switch isn't very easy to use. You really have to push it down, or else the vibe only buzzes for a second. 2) the battery catch pops off VERY easily. If you try to move the vibe and put any pressure on the battery catch the whole piece comes off and the vibe shuts down. Talk about a "buzz" kill
