Underwhelming

Unfortunately the suction in this kit is generated by the strength of the rubber ball returning to it's resting shape. Needless to say it is severely underwhelming. Due to low negative pressure the tubes have a difficult time at best adhering to nipples and will fall off with just the weight of the ball alone if left to hang. or rest anywhere else. I'm going to try the premium gauge pump accessory and hope for the best. TL:DR Go big or go home I guess.
